Quarter price guide from property portal

shows what you get for your money in the Spanish Costas.
The
latest report reveals where the most cost effective and exclusive properties lie
in 15 of the Spanish “hot-spots”.
The report
published today, shows some adjustment in property prices over the last few
months compared to the report published in the second quarter. Gran Canaria and
Murcia have benefited from noticeable increases in 3 and 4 bedroom houses.
The average
prices in provinces broken down by property types and number of bedrooms is
completely unique and uses data from almost 5,000 properties in fifteen areas of
Spain, considered as the most sought-after locations by English buyers:
Alicante, Almeria, Barcelona, Cadiz, Cordoba, Fuerteventura, Gerona, Gran
Canaria, Granada, Jaen, Malaga, Mallorca, Murcia, Seville and Valencia.
“This popular
guide, which allows buyers to directly check property prices by location and by
property type, is now reflecting the latest adjustment in property prices which
is invaluable to any would be buyer” says Nick Mason, Marketing Director of
Isutus. “
The report
compares areas by property type (houses and flats) and number of bedrooms, as
well as comparing commercial premises space and land prices.
Quarterly
highlights include:

3 and 4
bedroom houses have increased in market value by 5-7 % respectively, while
larger properties have experienced a marked reduction by as much as 13% for 5
bedroom properties.

There has
been an increase of 16% on 4 bedroom houses in Murcia.

Gran Canaria,
Malaga, Murcia and Valencia continue an upward trend in 3 bedroom property
prices.
-
3 bedroom
flats in Granada are well below the hot-spot average.
